By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

GuidedVenture.com provides strategic business services. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results; all recommendations are provided as guidance only.

 

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the completion of services. The timeline and quality of services depend on the timely submission of required documentation. Delays or incomplete submissions may result in extended timelines or lower-quality deliverables. GuidedVenture.com is not liable for any business decisions made based on our recommendations.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are due as agreed upon and processed in U.S. Dollars through third-party payment systems. Refunds are provided at our sole discretion based on the completion and delivery of services. Full payment is required upfront to initiate services.

5. Refund Policy & Warranty

GuidedVenture.com provides advising and referral services for GrowthBox and LaunchBox. Services provided by GuidedVenture.com are professional services, and refunds are not provided.

GuidedVenture.com's maximum liability for any service will not exceed the total amount paid by an individual client for that specific service.

GuidedVenture.com is not responsible for how clients use the business plans. Clients should consult appropriate professionals regarding legal, financial, and regulatory compliance matters.

6. Rush Services and Deadlines

GuidedVenture.com offers rush services for certain projects at an additional fee. All delivery timelines are calculated based on the receipt of complete information from the client. Delays in providing necessary information may result in adjusted delivery schedules.

7. Revision Policy

For specific services, GuidedVenture.com offers a defined number of revisions at no additional cost for the original scope of work, as outlined in the service agreement.

In some cases, clients receive a warranty that includes unlimited revisions for the original scope of service for a pre-set time period of no greater than six (6) months from the purchase date. The exact revision period may be shorter, depending on the specific service agreement. Changes outside this scope may incur additional fees.

Requests for revisions beyond this scope may incur additional fees.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

GuidedVenture.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services. The company does not guarantee business success, funding, or any specific outcomes.
 

If we refer you to a partner firm, we are not liable for their services, performance, or any outcomes resulting from their work. Clients acknowledge that any engagement with a referred firm is at their own discretion and risk.
 

9. Intellectual Property

The processes, formatting, intake, and other methods used to produce business plans and services remain the intellectual property of GuidedVenture.com. Each business plan is provided to help with the development of a proposed business, and the ideas within belong to the client.
 

However, the proprietary processes used to generate these materials are owned by GuidedVenture.com unless otherwise agreed in writing.
 

10. Confidentiality and Data Protection

GuidedVenture.com implements reasonable measures to protect client information. However, we are not liable for unauthorized access or breaches beyond our control. Clients are responsible for ensuring the security of information they transmit to us.
 

11. Non-Circumvention

Clients agree not to circumvent, directly or indirectly, GuidedVenture.com to engage with any partners, affiliates, vendors, or other business connections introduced through our services.
 

This non-circumvention agreement remains in effect for 30 months from the date of the most recent transaction. Any such action will be considered a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action and financial penalties.
 

12. Third-Party Services Disclaimer

GuidedVenture.com may provide referrals to third-party service providers. However, we are not responsible for the actions, quality, or results of any third-party services. Clients assume all risks associated with engaging third-party providers.
 

13. Market Research and Data Usage

GuidedVenture.com conducts industry, market, and competition analyses based on information provided by the client. While we strive for accuracy, we are not liable for decisions made based on this information. Clients are encouraged to conduct independent verification.
 

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively within the competent courts of New Jersey.
 

15. Termination

GuidedVenture.com reserves the right to terminate services at any time if a client violates these Terms or engages in behavior deemed inappropriate.
 

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in the state where GuidedVenture.com operates, in accordance with applicable laws.
 

17. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
